How does the system work?
Our affiliate program tracks the visitors you refer to our site, collects all the sales and traffic data (without collecting any personal information or credit card data from the visitors) and then tracks how much your site earned. As an affiliate, you will have access to an online reporting system that will provide you with detailed sales and traffic statistics for your site 24 hours a day.

What is your commission structure?
We will pay you a commission equal to eight percent (8%) of 'Net Sales'. This excludes any returns, applicable sales tax, coupons, and shipping and handling charges. The Commission Rate of eight percent (8%) is subject to change at any time in our sole discretion. This excludes any returns, applicable sales tax, coupons, and shipping and handling charges.

Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?
No. Applying and participating in the DracoElancom affiliate program is FREE. There are no minimum sales quotas and no charge to apply.

What are DracoElan.com's criteria for accepting or rejecting anyone?
We do encourage anyone with a Web site to join our program. However, we reserve the right to reject sites that contain objectionable content.

If I don't have a Web site, can I apply to be an affiliate?
Unfortunately, no. Your Web site must be live so we can review it. We look forward to your application once your Web site is complete.

How and when do I get paid?
Every time you refer a customer to us and that customer makes a purchase at DracoElan.com, you will earn a commission when the item is shipped. If your site has earned $25 or more in commissions in a month, your site will receive a check after the month ends.

Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes. When you buy products from DracoElan.com, through your own link, you will earn commission.

How much can I earn?
It is simple. The more you sell, the more you earn.

What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to credit card fraud or a dispute, your affiliate account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. Your commissions will not be affected if a product is exchanged for new merchandise of equal value or if the merchandise is lost or damaged and we ship replacement goods to the customer.

Where can I find the graphics and logos for my site?
Can they be altered? The banner, product, text or other graphics we create for you represent our brand identity and are consistent with our current brand identity. These graphics cannot be altered.

What if I manage more than one Web site?
Once you have registered as a DracoElan.com affiliate, you will be able to add multiple Web sites to your account without having to submit a new application.

How do I change my contact information?
You are able to update your profile in the 'Account Info' area.

Will I receive regular updates on changes to the DracoElan.com site?
Yes, you will receive our Affiliate newsletter via e-mail. It will inform you about changes, current specials and offers, merchandising suggestions, program changes, contest information and success stories.
